Partner Relationship Management

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Business Partners
• Facilitate engagement activities between partner resources and internal resources such as
legal, sales, regulatory, marketing, implementation, supply chain & Tech Ops team.
• Clearly communicate the progress of scheduled initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities for improvement and learn from other similar
partners
• Proactively oversee, monitor, and liaise with partners on transactions and interactions.
• Assist in preparing legal, finance and other documentation required to Business Partner.
Support GM in Sales Forecasting & Target Settings (Existing Parties)
• Develop Sales Forecast (SKU & Month level): Considering new product launch, Based on
level of sales for last year, Market Growth, Pricings, Promotion plans & Marketing Support.
• Target Setting: Preparing & Sharing the sales targets with Business Partner for achieving in
the year ahead, by quarter and month, listing in order of product and product in the line.
• Orders Placement: Getting Approval from the BP on Target & getting Sales Order
• 3 years advance forecasting (Rolling Sales Forecast)
Prepare & Plan Budget:
• Review & Approve: The Budget Provision for Topline Deductions & Cost Centre Adjustments –
As shared from backend Ideas on Exim & Customs clearance process.
• Ideas on Exim & Customs clearance process.
• Income Terms
Regulatory Activities
• Bimonthly Meetings with RA Team (As a part of SOP): To discuss renewals & new
registration.
• Tracking Progress & Supports on New Registration, Import Licences & Relevant documents to
RA Team.

Marketing & Brand Launch, Supply Chain.
• NPD Launch & tracking competition
• Fair idea on Artwork changes, Pack Harmonisation
• Marketwise HCP & Promotional Activity
• Idea in formulation & Packaging
• Production planning / Monitoring with Catalent/ Hovid Malaysia/ PTMI teams
• Managing IBP forecasts
Reporting into the Go-To-Market Lead:
• Develop, manage and execute the GTM launch plan for new products, new product
enhancements, and new market segments to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and
readiness.
• Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure GTM tracking of Business Partner
readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks, and contingency planning, and
issue escalation as necessary.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with Business Partners teams to gather requirements, gain
internal alignment on GTM program development and ensure executional delivery.
• Lead internal communication flow, serve as a liaison, and coordinate cross-functional teams to
ensure readiness.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user
personas and effectively position and communicate how and why product features and
functionality address and overcome those market problems for our customers.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and
operational constraints, and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking
issues.

Qualifications

MBA or PG in Commerce with +5 Years of prior experience in managing Exports Operations for
Pharma / Healthcare MNC
