Every woman knows that the aloe plant sneaking through their windows is their best friend. Women over time have stated that their natural aloe vera plant growing in the corner of their backyard offers some of the most effective health and natural beauty remedies.

  • Hair Shine Mask- (Stopping hair loss from stress)
  • Anti-Dandruff Mask – (stopping hair loss)
  • Deep-Conditioning Mask – (Stopping Hair Loss)

But do you know why?
It consists of beneficial compounds such as water, mannans, lectins, polysaccharides, vitamins, minerals and can be applied in any form and on any type of hair. A review of academic research notes that its usage in many hygienes and health products is due to its “moisturizing emollient effect”.

Hair Shine Mask- (Stopping hair loss from stress)

DIY Aloe Vera Masks NO 1

To prepare the mask:

  1. Mix 3 teaspoons of fresh aloe vera gel with 2 teaspoons of yogurt 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  2. Mix thoroughly and apply to the scalp and hair.
  3. Massage the mask well into the scalp for 10 minutes.
  4. Let it rest for half an hour and rinse with tap water.

Tip: This mask serves to restore the natural shine of your hair and works well in getting rid of dandruff.

Anti-Dandruff Mask – (stopping hair loss)

To prepare the mask:

  1. Mix 1 cup of fresh aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.
  2. Mix them well and apply gently to your hair and scalp.
  3. Let it rest for 20 minutes and shampoo it regularly using sulfate-free shampoo.

Tip: Do this 2 times a month and get rid of that troublesome dandruff!

Deep-Conditioning Mask – (Stopping Hair Loss)

To prepare the mask:

  1. Mix 2 teaspoons of fresh aloe vera gel with 1 teaspoon of honey and 3 teaspoons of coconut oil.
  2. Massage properly into the hair; let it rest for half an hour and then wash with a sulfate-free shampoo.

Tip: This DIY mask will deep condition your dull and dry hair adding moisture and bounce.

CAUTION!

For somebody with allergies to Aloe Vera, skin reactions may involve contact dermatitis with mild redness and itching of the scalp, trouble with breathing, or swelling of the face, tongue, lips, or throat. If you experience such symptoms, discontinue the use of these packs and go for other alternatives.
