Dental hygiene is an important aspect of our daily lives. Non compliance with dental hygiene, acts as a major barrier to prevent dental issues. Good oral hygiene takes only minimal minutes per day and if practiced regularly can save a lot of treatment costs.

A lot of individuals have the tendency to avoid recurring treatment. It is quite common that people seek treatments only for emergencies. Evidences suggest a direct association between dental anxiety and delaying treatments. It is however important that we understand, preventive and restorative treatment can always help limit aggressive treatments.
